Problems with speech output in sessions.
Resolved - Speech output continues to be functional, so we will be closing this incident for the time being. We are continuing to implement mitigations and will continue to monitor.

Monitoring - Speech output is now performing within expectations although we are still observing some errors. We have requested quota increases with our cloud service provider which should further alleviate these issues.

Update - We are continuing to investigate the root cause of the issue and will post another update once we have further information. Speech output should be mostly back to being fully functional although we are still seeing occasional errors.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where speech output utterances are being dropped during the session. We have restarted resources that are responsible for this feature and speech output is again available. We are currently working on further mitigations and are continuing to monitor the situation.

Voice transcript generation not working.
Resolved - We are aware of an issue where users were unable to generate voice transcripts starting on Friday, October 2. This was due to a failed configuration change that was applied to one of our cloud resources used for this feature. This was immediately identified and was thought to have been fully rolled back, but in reality, the configuration was only partially rolled back. We have since fully rolled back the configuration change and have verified that voice transcript generation is working again.

We are in the process of identifying the sequence of events that led to this so that we can apply mitigation strategies to prevent similar incidents in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
