There was an incident that occurred between 12:55 - 1:06 PM PDT where the Join and Portal Web applications could not be reached. Users who were already in a session within the Join app should not have been impacted. This was due to an unexpected error that occurred while updating network configurations for those apps despite extensive prep and testing beforehand.
The changes have been reverted, and the issue is resolved. The Portal and Join Web apps are fully reachable at this time. We are continuing to perform a root cause analysis on this issue, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
